ISO Quality Certification
On 11 July 2008, SAG Sp. z o.o. was awarded a recommendation for maintaining its certification to the PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 standard. The company has been certified to the ISO standard for three years already. In 2009, SAG was certified to the revised PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
The certification audit was carried out by auditors of Polskie Centrum Certyfikacji Sp. z o.o., Wrocław, Poland. The auditors examined the company’s processes for compliance with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
The recommendation proves that SAG provides its customers with top-quality services and means that the company’s customer-service processes have been improved as part of the company’s quality management system in compliance with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
This recertification also means new obligations and challenges for the company, but it is also a guarantee – for our customers, business partners and employees – that the company exercises the utmost care in the activities undertaken and the services provided to its customers. The certification brings us closer in terms of quality to not only European companies in our industry.
